Best laptop in this price segment. Don’t wait, buy it now. Speakers, trackpad and webcam could have been better but overall awesome package. It has nvme 512 gb SSD, 120 Hz IPS wide view Panel, great build quality, 4 hours plus battery backup (use it on battery saver mode and for browsing use Microsoft edge.. Chrome will eat battery like a pack of hungry wild dogs), dual fan cooling system (haven’t faced any heating issue), RGB keyboard. What more do you want. Gaming is awesome in it, tested Dishonored 2 and titanfall 2 (both ran on 50+ fps on ultra customed settings). Dont buy the 1 tb + 256 gb ssd version or 3750H processor version ( that extra 15k extra is not worth it for such a small margin of performance upgrade). Buy this one and later buy a 2 tb internal SSHD/ 512 GB SATA SSD, a 8 gb ram stick and a Bluetooth speaker/headphone (trust me you will need it).
Edit: BIOS is reserving 2 gb of RAM and due to which available RAM becomes 5.8 GB. There is no option to edit it in BIOS. The only remedy to it is Updating the Firmware in Windows Device Manager. After updating the UEFI BIOS the issue will get resolved and the available RAM will reflect as 7.8 GB. Hope this helps as this is a major issue with this laptop and all will face it as 5.8 gb RAM is just isn’t enough in 2019 for gaming.
Also power saving mode doesn’t work sometimes. Use power slider and set it at “best battery life” in Balanced mode to get most out of the battery.
Recently played Rage 2 on it. Easily giving 45+ fps on ultra customed settings.
